"The rooms did not have any curtains. So the outside parking lights are shining in your room all night and in the morning you’re awoken the crack of dawn because there’s no filter. The elliptical machine in the fitness center never worked the entire time. I was there, even though I mentioned it to the staff. The view is atrocious."

"The front desk staff were very friendly, but the condition of the room itself was absolutely abysmal. Of the three bath towels provided, two were dirty; the bathtub was so filthy that it was completely unusable for bathing. My room was situated right next to the restaurant, and the soundproofing was so poor that I was woken up early in the morning by the noise of people eating breakfast. "The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck.
