"We didn’t realize that the room came with king size bed. We requested a roller bed and they did not have one. Secondly the hair dryer was torn off the wall. They never put it back on. One thing that I did like was that the rooms were clean."

"Staff didn’t want anything to do with you, very unhappy crew, but whatever they weren’t traveling with me. Room was clean, breakfast was cold, coffee bitter, so I had yogurt, tea and hard boiled eggs. There’s lots of options, other than scrambled eggs & bacon. Everyone loved the make your own waffle station. I love that they have an indoor pool. Well kept and always a lifeguard present. This is my 2nd stay here, I will book again. Price is reasonable and convenient to where I like to go."

"Everything was wonderful! We traveled with our family and was so thankful we picked this hotel. The staff could benefit from being a bit more helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Otherwise -I look forward to booking again in the future"

"The property was very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. Many hot and cold options to choose from, which was nice. The staff was attentive. When we had no television service and difficulty connecting to WiFi, someone came to our room to address the problems. Unfortunately, they were not able to rectify the television issue. We were only staying one night so we didn’t protest, but it’s the main reason for the four stars."

"The room were clean and the property also. NOMA tends to be a party place, especially on weekends. So a little noisy in the hallways late at night and parking can be difficult. AC in our room was a little noisy."

"Wish there were clean sheets. Hooks to hang your towels/clothes in the bathroom. And the AC wasn’t working that great. The staff were helpful and kind. Pool ok. Very small."

"The property is old/dated/in poor repair totally unlike any other Hampton Inn that I have stayed at. My ac unit was squeaking and when I called the front desk to see if we could change rooms the front desk told me to stay in the same room because if I switched to another room the ac may not work as well. Time to put some money into the place or close. You give Hampton Inn a bad name."

"The air conditioning was not keeping up with demand. The lobby, elevators, and hallways were uncomfortably warm. The room thermostat could not keep up with a 72 degree setting. The room was consistently 75-76 degrees. Not terrible, but not comfortable either."

"I stayed overnight for work and couldn't have been happier or more comfortable! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, very easy parking, quiet room, and a great breakfast! The bar service and food options were also wonderful, so there was no need to travel off site. It felt very safe too. Will stay again and highly recommend!"

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly, conscientious, and helpful. Breakfast was the usual-bagels, cereals, scrambled eggs etc. This was my second stay at this hotel. It was just as I remembered. I would definitely stay here again."
