"Breakfast =oatmeal and pastries. Bathroom= is average. Staff is not welcoming. "

"Veey clean and cozy! Love the cabin, I rated 4 stars as the check in instructions and website should be updated for off season. Our intro text talked about farm animals and then ended with "no animals at this time", same with the dinner Resturant, told to make reservations but then concludes with not available in off season. We were not upset but as constructive feedback to update the info for off season. Again we live the cabin and would happily come back!"

"The property is dated, the room was clean other than the lamp shades need dusted. The front desk gentleman was friendly. Property was kept up and the location is excellent. Within walking distance of restaurants. Grocery store about 2 minutes away by car. I would definitely stay again."

"The staff made this worth staying at. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was just me and my kids. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. When out of towels in the pool, he personally brought in the number of towels we needed for our large group. The women at the front were great with my needy kids and so kind when something was sadly not working. "It was a beautiful place. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was very nice. That was my grandsons favorite part.It was a great weekend. The only suggestion would be to add continental breakfast ( which I thought was already included) so you don't have to leave first thing in the morning to eat. The beds were comfortable it was very clean . I would definitely stay here again "

"Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. "Don’t be greedy with the cookies"

"This was an overall wonderful hotel in Blowing Rock. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants, yet very quiet and tranquil. The owners did a GREAT job remodeling this hotel as well. Modern bathrooms, tasteful furnishings & decor, comfortable beds, and a huge wall mounted TV. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!!"
