"Had some trouble with not enough beds even though we booked for five guests. The front desk was accommodating but seemed annoyed at helping us. Our son had just been in the hospital for three days and we were trying to make it easy on him and his other siblings by not traveling late at night. After having us come back downstairs with all our stuff, she made it seem extra inconvenient that I had booked through hotels.com and decided to give us the same room with a rollaway bed. I did my best to stay calm with her and thanked her for helping us. The bed was comfy, the room was big for five people, breakfast was pretty good, and checkout was simple."

"The breakfast and breakfast staff was the most amazing I have experienced. The check-in ladies were more than helpful, even on finding things that was not part of their job description just to help me out. The security measures they take are amazing to ensure that only the people that should be in the hotel are there.
The price of the hotel for what we got was more than reasonable. Finding parking was not at all hard even though we were in the middle of downtown Lincoln.
We have stayed in a lot of hotels due to doctor appointments and traveling for children’s sports and I would say this is the best we’ve stayed in thus far"

Pet friendly is one thing but NOT allowed in the dining area should be a rule. Esp a very large dog sniffing along the breakfast buffet! NO thank you!
Also the hotel was busy & despite request to clean room , had to go down & get clean towels, as they were too busy to not only clean room but even service us with clean towels "

"This property was nice and clean and rooms seemed remodeled. Very convenient to I-80 and lots of food options in the area. The only complaint was the complimentary breakfast was severely lacking in options - literally only had cereal, waffles or yogurt cups available. "
