"We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us."

It is dark and depressing, the carpets are frayed and loose in the halls, the door handles are not in good working order, one of our rooms had what appeared to be mold on top of the shower enclosure.
