"When we got to our room, the thermostat was not working. We didn’t realize until after 10pm. Once we called the front desk, the staff came right up with parts to fix it. They had to make a couple of trips but they were on top of it!"

"Everything was great. My only minor complaint was I did self park in a garage next to the hotel. Through the hotel it was $33. Was cheaper if I didn’t pay through hotel which was weird. Only complaint though."
