"The room was very very small and insufficient . There was no room for our suitcases and no closet and no storage places in the room. I wanted to change it to a little larger room, they asked for a lot of money. No flexibility on that what so ever. I am a gold member and supposedly should get a free upgrade. The Hold status means nothing."

"We didn’t have breakfast as it didn’t look good for the value , staff I found wasn’t that great , could had been more friendly.Room was clean , but they don’t come to your room every day , the fourth and then the third day and if you miss when they come they don’t come back until the day they say , I wasn’t happy about that .
