"I would have rated this all five stars if it were t for the negative experience we had at the hotel restaurant and the front desk staff. The restaurant staff literally harassed us for 45 mins to “hurry up and eat” since we arrive at 9:45am and the breakfast closed at 10:30am. Yes, you read that correctly. Weird. The man chased my 8yo out of the restaurant after she attempted to get an orange juice in a to go cup. Not cool dude. The front desk staff also were quite passive aggressive and unhelpful. "

"Easy check-in and check-out, convenient amenities, and a quiet space even in a shared room. Everything was clearly labeled in English, Japanese, and Chinese (I can’t remember if they also had Korean)."

"APA hotel used to provide bottled water but not anymore. Also I forgot the members card so check out was at 10am. Other then that it was ok. I wish the pool on the roof was open year round or they should used that space for something else if it's not open all the time. Staff was helpful."
