Great stay at the Urban, friendly staff, easy check in, lovely big beds, brand new walk in shower, big towels (so rare these days!), super quiet despite it being Friday/Saturday.

The room was spacious and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. The reception area was welcoming and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully the restaurant will be able to open soon but there was a pub serving food less than a ten minute walk away.

enjoyed the stay here again, came last year for the same time - racing a triathlon at Belvoir Castle. really handy location, super easy to get to and close to Belvoir, nice big room, fridge would have been handy travelling with foods and drinks for the race, but everything was good, clean and tea making - will be back again.

Large bedroom and shower room. Good price., comfortable beds. Stayed 2 nights, unfortunately second night we were disturbed by people coming back from a wedding. Night porter dealt with the situation promptly. Good location for us too.

Saw very few staff around. Couple of times reception was deserted for prolonged periods and no one was on the bar either. Maybe just low staffing levels that weekend. Staff we did encounter were friendly. Hotel is clean but a little old fashioned with its decor and felt slightly shabby in the corridors. Room had comfortable beds and a great refurbished bathroom. Parking was plentiful & it’s in a very convenient location. Would stay again if needed to be in the area

The bar was a bit limited and there was no food available but the staff were very helpful from the offset, saw we had a buggy for the baby and moved us to a ground floor room without us even having to ask.

Good size room, king size bed really comfy. We had a room facing the middle and it was lovely and quiet. Perfect for a good nights sleep. Had everything we needed.

Clean room, seamless check-in and plenty of parking. Main down sides were Pool, Spa and restaurant all closed/not available. So if you want any of those things, look elsewhere however if you just want a room, then it's fine.

駐車場は無料で良かった！ 長期の滞在で、洗濯物は少し困った、夏でも気温低くて乾かない。 ランドリーが欲しかった。 また冷蔵庫がないから食料品の保存にやや苦労したがイギリスのホテルはこれが標準なのかもしれません。
