"We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. "I highly recommend booking a hotel anywhere else in Northwest Arkansas. I woke up my second night with 3 red bites along my arm. At first I thought it was mosquitoes since the weather in Arkansas is warm now. I went to take a nap in my hotel later that same day, and I see a red bug crawling on the sheets- a bed bug. "The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville."

"The hotel was the definition of sketchy. The pictures used to advertisement seem to be one room that looks good and the rest are gross. Our room was disgusting and the only that that seemed clean was the bed. The bathroom and tub had black stains, bugs and stuff all over the towels. There was hair and pubic hair in the toilet and tub. We didn’t end up staying the night as planned. We left as soon as possible."
