"We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. "Great location right on the square. Brand new hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding. Enjoyed picking up coffee and lite breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Especially liked their bicycle concierge service and rented 2 e-bikes and got good trail recommendations through them. Our rooms were sizable and we enjoyed the balconies available for our 2nd floor room. Overall, outstanding hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Manageable size property with a very welcoming lobby space. I wish there were coffee/tea makers in the rooms, as the coffee shop on the ground floor closes mid-afternoon. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bentonville."

"This is a very clean and hospitable property. It is no-frills. Not even a cell phone charging outlet. Room had tile floors and not carpeting and strangely laid out."

"We paid for a suite but condition of the room was horrible. Room smelled terrible, bathroom faucet leaked which left standing water on vanity and the door deadbolt wouldn’t retract making it difficult to lock room from the hallway side. 2-night stay but room wasn’t cleaned. Not up to Marriott standards! "

"We booked a suite to take advantage of the table and chairs because we had work that needed to be done. The table was super wobbly and uneven. The couch was sunken down in the middle and one side of the king size bed was broken down. The staff was pleasant and everything was clean but our room definitely needed a refresh of furniture and lighting."
