"We enjoyed the Cawdor House. Absolutely lovely. It was my 60th birthday and Manuela went above and beyond helping my husband plan a wonderful stay. Beautiful flowers and mimosas for my birthday breakfast. She and her staff made our stay so comfortable and special. The rooms and dining room were beautiful. Delicious breakfast!!"

"Central location. Poor check in from staff, did not explain anything other than providing room key. Allocated ground floor room in annexe building. Old shower doors left outside bedroom window, window very dirty on outside. Excessive noise from occupants in room above at 2pm in the morning. Difficult to identify staff as nobody wore name badges or uniforms. The breakfast service staff were very helpful. Certainly won't be returning."

"My husband really liked this hotel because it was quite spacious in the room and the bathroom and there was a laundry facility across the street and we badly needed to do a wash halfway through our Scotland Ireland two week trip. I thought the hotel was fine but nothing special and while the room seemed clean the carpets were worn and stained in some spots. No oat milk for my afternoon tea which is the first time a hotel hasn’t provided a dairy milk alternative. The weirdest part for me was...

"The house and rooms were very clean so when I first went into the house, I was almost about to take off my shoes as a Japanese !! I could sleep better here than anywhere else, even better than at my house. Breakfast was also excellent. Haggis is now my favorite food ! Thank you for everything !!"
