"We stayed here for one night. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable overall. However, we did notice a few bugs inside the refrigerator, which was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was just okay. There were a few options, but we found the quality lacking. The eggs appeared to be processed and weren't very appetizing, and there weren't many healthier choices available. Overall, it was a decent stay, but...

Despite the pictures, this is not "Bob Newhart's Vermont Inn." Instead, this place is run down. No elevator, unless you can locate a staff member to operate it, so enjoy the walk to the 4th floor.
