"The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days."

"They seem to be understaffed. My room was cleaned 3 times and yet, there was still small pieces of paper on the floor next to my bed. I wondered how thoroughly they vacuumed. The concierge on my fist day seemed to be too distracted to assist a pal of mine and another day, a different concierge seemed a bit apathetic. Everybody has a bad day. I don't think it was common behavior there."

"Don’t stay here. The place is disgusting. When I got out of the shower, I went to dry myself off with the towel… I got a free human hair fur coat bc there was so much human hair on the towel. It was nasty.
The hotel is old and outdated. Gross. Smells. Rude staff. Understaffed.
The location is fine.
Spend the extra $50/night and stay somewhere else. "
