The room was somewhat clean, but there were a pair of mattresses right in front of the room, dirty and old with stains--I took pics---I had no choice but to check out within less than two hours and it was becuase I was no the phone with Expedia trying to book something else. I was charged for one night, even though the pics on the website look nothing like this old, falling-apart place. But never again. Driving out of the parking lot, I noticed there was nobody else. That was the worse experience and on top of all I rated another beautiful hotel this rating out of frustration and confusion. I travel for work. Stay away from this place; they still get some money from you. Crazy!!!

Keep driving! The cottage is a complete dump #23. There was one wooden chair and one upholstered chair both looked like they were recovered from the landfill. Previous guests food wrappers were on the floor. Shelving and a TV mount were torn off the walls and nails and screws were sticking out 2 in. Molding and framing were half torn off the walls. There were no chairs around the table. The bathroom light fixture didn't work and was hanging. When complaining to the front desk they said they were going to renovate the rooms but they had to rent them out to get money for the renovation. There is no ice maker so they said you can buy ice at the market down the street. There was no sofa as advertised they said it broke and they had to throw it away. There is no rooftop terrace as advertised.

Room was in terrible disrepair- they said they are renovating, but this was ridiculous. The AC unit in the window was not seated and there was a huge gap alongside it where pests and cold air could come in. They gave me a space heater to stay warm because the heater in the room does not work. The room was so filthy and disgusting- spatters of who knows what all over the walls and ceiling. Just totally gross. The shower handles were way jacked up and very hard to figure out how to stop the water. Way overpriced for what you get. It was just one step above camping.

This was an awful experience all around. I did not end up staying here because the room was so incredibly filthy and unsanitary. It felt unsafe to be in there. There was a big brown/yellow stain on the under side of the top sheet. The mesh backing of the office chair was caked with some disgusting substance. There were two bandaids hanging off the wall next to the curtain. And the curtain which looked 1000 years old and very dirty didn’t cover the window all the way. I took photos of all of this to show the staff and Expedia to get a refund on my room since I had to leave late at night to find another place to stay. The hotel and Expedia both ignored my experience and would not refund my money despite the room being completely unacceptable for anyone to sleep in let alone be charged for it.

No covers on the couch cushions, cushions were not on the couch. 48 degrees inside the room. Boogers on the wall. Lights didnt work, some flashed like in a horror movie. Trash on the floor, on the couch and in drawers.

I contacted this hotel after our stay without any response. The hotel grounds were filthy, with dog feces everywhere, along with garbage. We had two cottages, same price, but not equal. One had less amenities than the other, one was in terrible condition, while the other appeared to be in the process of repair. One couch was so dirty it smelled like urine, we had to put the cushions outside just to handle bring indoors. The other couch didn’t smell as bad, but the sofa bed mattress was disgustingly dirty, Thus could be a lovely Inn, but it needs serious attention to cottages and the grounds.

Parking was easy. Room was NOT clean, I had to wipe spilled soda off the nightstand. There were no coffee cups or coffee supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The TV didn't work. The remote was sticky. The paint was chipping. The shower dripped. No hair dryer. Mold, Terrible coffee. It is just a horrible place.

I arrived at 5:45 and there was a note on the door that they were eating and would be back at 6:15. The front curtain didn't cover the window. The blinds on the door were falling off and I covered it with my jacket. The window in the bathroom had no curtain and faced an alley. The heater not only did not have a knob, it didn't work. The water from the faucet was brown. If I wasn't so tired I would have packed up and gone somewhere else.

I knew this wasn’t the best spot, nothing fancy, just a place to sleep but our room was so disgustingly dirty, heater didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Curtains falling off the walls etc etc. we were supposed to have two beds but they said they were putting us in their 1 bedroom chalet & the couch pulled out into a bed for our 12 year old. When we pulled the couch out, I nearly gagged! Garbage & stains etc & the mattress was ‘un-usable’ We were so tired we just huddled together in the king bed to stay warm because it was too late to complain or switch room! Hope there were no bed bugs! DO NOT STAY HERE!

that room was not safe to be in . The battery was missing from the smoke detector. To open the window you had to have a screw driver, The dead bolt on the door would not close. The bathroom sink drained so slow that it would run over before the hot water would arrive, that was the worst room that i had ever seen in 60 years of travel,

Parking was fine, and the person at the front desk was very polite. However, the room I was given was in extremely poor condition. There was writing on the wall, holes in the chairs, a broken toilet, and stains on the sheets. Unfortunately, the front desk did not offer to switch rooms or address the issues. I’m not sure how they can expect guests to stay in rooms like that, especially while charging full price. I hope they fix it, as it's not intended to slam the place, but hopefully, they will be forced to do better.
