Central Gråsten and nice room. Only staff at the hotel was the cleaning/breakfast staff, but they were nice and helpfull.

Easy to find, parking was ok and close, unmanned reception, room was pretty basic - but clean. Basic breakfast but ok selection.

Nice location, easy parking and charging of car. Clean room, but very thin-walled, allowing you to follow neighbours conversations and activities closely. Bit strange that no staff at all was around. Very extensive number of e-mails in advance of arrival - seems a bit overwhelming and unnecessary for just a simple check-in and access.

The apartment was great, very clean and spacious. Parking was never a problem as there is reserved spaces for the hotel patrons. The area is a small town but it has a grocery store right next to the hotel and a few small restaurants if you feel like dining out.

Coded entry and room door system unusual but worked well. Unmanned reception, all information via the online guestbook. Not simple to ask for extras e.g. pillow. Would be perfect if tea/coffee making facilities in room. Fridge would be good for keeping drinks chilled.

Gråsten is a wonderful place with an inpressive royal garden and castle. The staff is friendly, called me after finding my laptop still in the room. They sent it to my home address with care and I will definitely come back!

There was a heavy smell in the room from the toilet. I tried to get in dialogue smith the staff in the eve but there were personal at night. In the morning the same. I didn’t sleep at all . Rang the manager in the morning but haven’ t heard back from them. My last stay there

Never staying there again

The room was not clean. It was worn and the furniture was scruffy. The smoke alarm had been removed from the room. You could here people walking around in the other rooms and the noise from the street was very clear. The hall way smelled, was dirty and there were mold on the windows . The breakfast was terrible. The bread was uneatable.
