"Do not stay here pulled up two cops on premises got to my room it was dirty one light blown out shower dirty stain on blanket checked out due to these conditions no manager to talk to no maintenance person refused to give refund or make it right no manager ever there I guess her name is sue was traveling with a minor had to leave for these reason "

"The hotel had updated carpet and rooms were clean. The issues at this hotel is as follows. The room phone had no cords or connections, and the hair dryer was broken. The water pressure was excellent. At one point the whole staff went to break together so the front desk was left unattended. At one point I told housekeeping that I didn’t need service for the day which I had asked for an extra towel and face towel, when I came back housekeep removed my extra linin, so I had to go get extra again....

"We were there during the snow storm in February. The heat in our room never went about of 68. It was cold in all of the common areas. We went to dinner at the restaurant and had to wear coats, hats and gloves. They ran out of comforters so we didn’t have a comforter for the pull out which made it cold at night. The restaurant ran out of food and then they gave us a list and all the restaurants on it were closed. We finally found an open one ourselves. The staff was snappy to guests especially...
