"NO AC !! The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. "It’s a great hotel in an excellent location for walking around Graz, with plenty to see and tons of restaurants nearby. There is a public transportation hub very close, and a dedicated taxi stand across from the lobby doors. The rooms are very nice, and the hotel has a very upscale and modern feel, which isn’t generally my style, but there’s nothing to complain about as far as aesthetics and appeal of the property’s design. Nice, adequate breakfast provided, but lacking an actual dining area...
