"Great location just down the block from the cathedral. Room was small which was fine. The shower leaked water onto the floor but it was a slight annoyance but easily mopped up with a towel. My only issue was that the A/C did not operate and it was quite warm. I would leave the windows open but my room was entered from the outside and above a restaurant so there was quite a bit of noise. "We felt very comfortable and relaxed at the hotel. Staff were very helpful. A bath, as well as a shower, was most welcome. Bathrobes were also provided. Coffee and tea making facilities were appreciated."

"The hotel is very nice in the center of the pedestrian area in Graz, within a short walking distance to everything. Parking is a bit complicated due to the traffic restrictions of the area but thankfully available. We stayed in a suite as there were three of us and it had the charm of past opulence with even a piano in the sitting room. The bathroom was clean and fairly spacious Staff was friendly and helpful making reservations and such. Breakfast was nice. "

"Great area. Super handy for the train station and the main inner city was within walking distance (as well as the tram if you're lazy). Room was spacious and there was Sky Sports on the TV?? There are no room keys, only codes which was handy because there was no issue with forgetting/losing the key, though you had to make sure to remember your code. Staff were nice and helpful. "
