"Our room, the lobby, and pool were clean and well maintained. The air handler was quiet and kept the room an even, comfy temperature. I also like Hampton pillows more than those in other hotels. They support the head while filling the space between head and neck.
The Baltimore Street Grill is an excellent restaurant. We were bicycling the Great Allegheny Passage Trail and did not mind the mile walk into town. This would be easy with a car."

"The hair dryer in the room was not good.
Beware there is no place to hang towels or clothes other than the small wardrobe in room.
The Casino is nice but small, lots of old school games.
the refrigerator was hidden in cabinet and difficult to access."

"I spoke to the front desk stating there was mold on our window sill and to please remove it. 3 times I asked them and it was not completed. We also noticed on Sunday our sheets were ripped. I didn’t mention this as we were leaving the following day. This morning I spoke to the front desk regarding the mold and he said I need to request a refund from you. Please advise."
