"Great location, helpful staff, decent food options and views of Big Ben, we had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and worked perfectly for a family of 4!"
Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria
10/10 Excellent
"The RIU is a fantastic choice if you are visiting the London Victoria. You can literally see Victoria station when you walk out the front door. Easy walking distance to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Westiminster Abbey, Big Ben and Trafalgar Square. The hotel is clean, modern and features an in-suite bathroom, ac, a hairdryer and coffee. Ice is available from the bar on the first floor. The breakfast buffet, located right across the street, is vast, featuring hot and cold choices, a toasting station with a ton of bread choices, a fruit bar, cereal bar, juices and coffee. You also have plenty of shopping and dining options around. Also, having access to Victoria station is very convenient. Not only to and from Heathrow, but we took a train to the Crystal Palace Bowl to see Lenny Kravitz on Sat night and then took a train to Brighton Bch the on Sunday. Bright Bch is a must visit in our opinion. Only an hour each way and 70 pounds round trip for both of us. 10 minute walk right through the middle of town and you're at the beach. Lastly, the area is wicked clean and the people are very nice and helpful. We felt safe every where went, even late night. If you are visiting London for the first time like us, you can't go wrong with London Victoria and the Riu."

"Great central location, well maintained and nice bars."
Clayton Hotel, Manchester Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Eleanor helped us when we arrived as we were unsure what we needed to do. I thought I’d checked in online but hadn’t. She was incredibly helpful and sorted this quickly for us. Room is what you want for a nights rest before a flight. Bar busy but manageable."

"Remember to read the message from Hotel to get the QR Code before arrival. And bring your mobile 24-7, no matter at the entrance, nest door or toilet/bathroom. Also, each Nest includes a luggage shelf which fit cabin-size luggage (70 x 27 x 55 cm). Luggage cannot be left outside in the corridor. If u need drinkable hot water for free, find an icon in the vending machine on G/F. The shower pressure is very low, not sure this is related to the drought in UK or just the problem in upper floor. However, drainage also unbelievable slow too. Happen to see a flooding & report via whatsapp. Hotel response timely and handle it within 10 mins. The nest inside is very cool at night, temperature range from 21-23 degree C, bring a jacket/sweater ensure u a good sleep. Excellent sound insulation even for a light sleeper like me. Unless someone close the nest door heavily or rolling over in the upper nest, basically no need of the earplug. Hope will come back in the future."
