"Liked the location. My room was excellent. Good breakfast options: toast, croissant, etc. liked the elevator. We went on trains/Metro and buses with plenty of bus stops. My rating is 10/10."

I added one night and they made adjustments with booking so I can stay at my room which actually a free upgrade from what I booked for that extra one night. Thank you for that! Mary at reception was very helpful and kind. Mohammed is amazing, I heard he has been with the hotel the longest. But, everyone there amazing, helpful and kind"

"Fantastic location for a short visit. Walk to all the main tourist spots. Right off Trafalgar Square but on a nice leafy street with double glazing so we slept well. Staff are lovely. Room decor was a bit dated but bathroom has been modernised and the bed was very comfy. Room was huge. Very hard to find that in London. Good value for the area. Would stay again "
