"Excellent hotel . Our room was spacious, clean and had the benefit of air conditioning which was very welcome during this present heat wave. The lobby had an air of luxury and the gym was excellent. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. All in all we had a lovely 3 night break and will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommended."

"Solid, clean hotel and friendly staff. Jacuzzi didn’t work and pool was on the small side. I’d have expected robes in the room for the price too, but overall a decent place to stay."

"We had to leave the hotel because the rooms were extremly HOT. From outside we could see guests had their windows open. When we complained to reception, they put us in two other rooms which were also extremly HOT. They then offered us fans and said that we could open the windows. At this point we checked out after barely 2 hours."

"Air con in room not working on warmest day of the year. We had to ask twice for a fan for the room. Breakfast pretty ordinary too. Pretty disappointing for a room costing £350."
