"I was always looking forward to breakfast. Excellent food and variety. It was nice having a ticket machine where we ended up booking a live show Wicked at the Apollo theatre. The location was ideal, very close to Victoria station and numerous restaurants and small grocery stores. Would book there again. The staff were all friendly and helpful! Thank you"

"Great location, a little noisy through the night from people leaving pubs nearby and delivery truck every morning unloading and banging glass bottles about was the only downfall as I’m a very light sleeper anyway 😩"

"Location was near yet far enough from the main shopping/tourist areas, and accessible to the main train and subway stations. The rooms were clean and good-sized though the basic tier rooms may get a tad squeezy for two people. The on-site restaurant and self-service laundromat were clinchers."

"The location of this hotel is excellent right next to the Tower of London andbthe Thames. Whilst the room was very comfortable unfortunately the shower drain could not cope with the shower flow which led to water lying all pver the bathroom floor. We made reception aware when we left and they said the6 would look into it straight away."

"Rooms are not supplied with DND signs. Every morning starting at 8:30 am we got repeated knocks on the door from room service. Despite saying ‘no thanks’ they were back again 15 minutes later. On the last day (of 3) we had late checkout arranged and still they were knocking on the door 90 minutes before we had to vacate the room. In this day and age of smart phones this should not be happening!!"

"This is a really good budget hotel in a central area with lots of amenities. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is the added bonus of a cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The communal bathroom is kept very clean and the shower is good with plenty of hot water. I would definately stay here again."
