I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "This hotel was in a great location, super close to the tube which made it easy to get around. My 3 friends and I stayed in a room with 2 double beds, it was definitely a little tight with all our luggage but we made it work and had a great time. If you bring luggage, get ready to bring it up the stairs because there is no elevator. Staff was super nice and helpful. They will store your luggage if needed."

"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"
