"The location was absolutely amazing — just minutes away from London’s most iconic landmarks and historical sites. The staff were always so polite and welcoming!! Everyone was always very accommodating and the maintenance of the building and its facilities were also great!"

"There was an issue with my booking. The staffs said sorted it out for a while and it was sorted. I booked 3 single bed room but the room was a double and a single bed room. The staffs were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable beds. We don’t enjoyed eating the breakfast. Apart from breakfast, everything was good."

"Great location right by Marble Arch and Hyde Park. The hop-on hop-off bus stop roght across the street. Really nice shampoo and conditioner in the room i recommend the Spanish reataurant!"

"Likes: Location Castle views Dislikes: Bed was very hard Feathers... duvet, pillows... Multiple times asking for extra towels only for housekeeping to take them and not replace them. The heat! I understand that old buildings don't have AC but a screen in the door or something could help."
