"The location was alright. The room was outdated. The bathroom had rust on the heating unit. The cleaning lady did a nice job with what she had to work with. There seem to have a problem with the septic system for the flush didn’t always flush good.When the room was booked it said the pool would be open for the season 2026. When we arrived for a long weekend for July 4th the pool was closed and stayed closed until the last afternoon we were there. It was in the 90’s every day. The air...

"Beautiful right on the water, has a gorgeous sunset that you can see from the main inn. It is in hour from Acadia and the main downtown bar harbor. But it’s away from all the hectic and is gorgeous. So many stars can be seen from outside the cabins. We will be coming here again!!"

"Very clean. Excellent location on Mount Desert with easy access to Acadia, Bar Harbor Northeast Harbor and Southwest Harbor, Staff is very helpful. Would stay again as this is budget friendly,"

Cabin a bit musty but opened windows & everything was great.
Cabin was very clean & bed was comfortable !!!
Loved the girl that checked us in -

"Loved the stay,
Helpful staff, good that they offer services at the registration office, someone to talk to in need unlike other off grid places where no one is available
Nice outdoor play area and beautiful view. my kids enjoyed outside while we were waiting to check in."

"It is a older motel with some rooms remodeled. Great to put your head down for the night. We only stayed 1 night, on arrival got changed and went out, came back to sleep and leave first thing in the AM. Suited my needs"
