"It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach"

"The place was beautiful, the staff is very responsive and the location is right in the heart of everything. The beach is only a few minutes walk."

"I reported a showerhead leak twice in the same room I stayed in, but it still wasn’t fixed. We also had another room where the tub backed up during showers. The stay was okay overall, but the ongoing bathroom maintenance issues were frustrating and should be addressed."

"The place is clean, but the rooms we stayed in, and the ones adjacent to us all had doors that would stick and rub the frame when trying to open them. This makes them very loud to open and close. You can also hear noise from other units pretty easily. That aside, the stay was fine."

"We did not automatically receive the door code from Expedia. For 2 hours I worked with tech support (AI) and online Chat, finally a real person who sent me an email address for the property manager. After two hours I made the decision I needed to find alternate accommodations. I did finally receive the code, after I had another place. Neither the property nor Expedia is willing to give me even a partial credit for the unused room. I won't be booking a room through Expedia again."

"A/c did not work well. Room was hot upon arrival and a/c never got room cool. Check in is located down the road and there is no elevator. No ice. Basically just somewhere to sleep. Building is outdated. Being hot all night was not pleasant at all. Entire family did not rest well at all. Location seemed run down. Not an enjoyable experience"

"Honestly, this was a disgusting place to stay. There were obviously leaks over the shower from the floor above, and the amenities provided seem like collections from rooms from other hotels that people may have stayed at. The grand finale was waking up with water dripping onto the already stained rug from the floor above us almost immediately on the bed we were sleeping in. There is no way that these were new leaks and should have been tended to. Hoping we didn’t come home with bedbugs. I would...

"Room was clean, but TV was not working. It was a very complicated way to run TV and despite their help and many attempts by them, TV did not work. Price was way too much for the type of room and age old hotel building. It smell strange, Staff was helpful and polite, friendly."
