"Love this place. 2nd time staying"

"The staff there are not helpful at all. I booked a room for my son going down for his military drill. Within the hour, he was called and told not to come. I immediately called Expedia and this hotel and they refused to work with me on a refund. I was told I called after 4pm the day of the reservation. Explained that I just made the reservation, but they refused to give me a refund. Also, instead of charging me for 1 night, I was charged for both nights for a "no show" even though I informed him...

"Enjoyed my stay here with my daughter. We had the two queen bed room which was just enough space and comfort we needed for 1 night. We were greeted by the staff upon entering and exiting each time with a smile. The room was clean and smelled nice, The breakfast was decent as well. I had pancakes and scrambled eggs with cold OJ !. They had a great spread. I would definitely stay here again. Check-in was easy. Although, check-in is at 3, to arrive at 2:45 with no clean rooms available to check in...

"Nous étions une famille de 5 et nous avons été satisfaits pour la propreté et le service des employés . Ils étaient sympathiques et serviables . Une chose qui nous a dérangée est la qualité du wi-fi . Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et nous avons dû utiliser nos données vu que la connexion au wi fi était terrible . Sinon, déjeuner très bien et la piscine aussi était propre . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ."

"Our room was previously full of nicotine smoke and the ionizer used removed some of the smell. Alternate rooms did not have fully functioning air conditioning. Maintenance sprayed the room with aerosol and it is disappointing that this room would have been let out before the problem was resolved. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is fine."

"The room was mostly clean, although there was a hole in the wall or by the wall where the toilet paper was. The toilet was very noisy when flushed. Overall, it was an OK experience. The staff wasn't particularly friendly but breakfast was good."

"Good hotel for the price. We got the suite but it was pretty small. It still fit all 5 of us though. Bathroom was even smaller. The pool is between 3 and 5 feet, which was perfect for taking the kids. The hot tub was really nice too. Breakfast was better Saturday than Sunday, but both days they had yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, etc. The front staff was AMAZING and very helpful all weekend. My biggest complaint was the window didnt lock and the curtain was dirty. I would stay here...

"There was a lot of construction outside, which made it difficult to approach the entrance, park, and unload our car. We were there to celebrate our golden anniversary. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the pier. Some of the staff were unable to help with our questions regarding directions."
