Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"We got moved to this property by the Expedia relocation team at the last minute. Was an excellent apartment. Unfortunately the internet and smart TV were pretty bad so you may struggle to use streaming services like Disney plus etc to to watch movie and series etc. But apart from the the place was perfect We were a group of four men and we're able to really relax in comfort, eat and drink and enjoy ourselves. "The staff at the front desk was so nice and so friendly! Breakfast is included and it was pretty good compared to other Hilton’s. They also have 24 seven service at the front desk They have things like pizza wings sodas. They were nice enough to refill our water bottles for us and always gave us the ice we asked for."

Really enjoyable relaxing stay

"We had a really nice relaxing break. In fact to point that i may book every few months to get a break. Could do with a few more staff in the bar, but the breakfast was excellent. Room a good size and very comfortable. The evening restaurant food was very good as well and service excellent. Check in was quick and simple. The hotel offered everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend so air con in rooms would have been good. But the air con in the bar and restaurant was perfect. "
