"Amazing!! Went on a 1st time visit to Niagara Falls. This hotel had so many amenities. Very impressed with staff at all levels! Room was very clean and comfortable! Would definitely book this room again! Except I would ask for a falls view room."

"Union Hotel was great! Very close to Union Station, which is why we chose this hotel in the first place. The decor is super fun and in general, the atmosphere was groovy. We didn’t have time to try to coffee shop in the lobby, but would definitely like to if I returned. Rooms were small, but that’s normal for downtown Toronto, and the beds were super comfy. Water pressure was a little low in the shower, and the soundproofing between the bathroom and the rest of the room wasn’t great, but it’s not a dealbreaker."
