"The only thing I would warn people about is that the airport shuttle only runs until 9 pm. Also security is on strike and you can’t get up to the entrance. I had no idea security is on strike, this wasn’t communicated to us as we booked through Expedia and apparently they can’t communicate with travellers who booked through Expedia. The room itself was terrific and very clean. The gentleman who worked at the front desk was excellent. Since the shuttle wasn’t running when we arrived we had to get an Uber and the driver scammed us so were very upset and then had to walk through the picket lines at 11 pm so I was at my wits end and the front desk agent was very kind to us and offered us some food vouchers for our trouble. This really made a difference to an awful experience and we appreciated it."

"Hotel/rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and checking in was quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was overpriced and not very good, but other than that it was great. Location was right at top of Clifton hill and there is a WeGo bus stop right nearby. Walkable to Clifton hills and falls. Falls maybe 10-15 minute walk give or take."

"Was a very clean room. Staff were very friendly. Bar tenders in the lobby bar are excellent at what they do. Definitely would stay again. The path is very convenient being located right in the building."
