"We liked the cleanliness and roominess of the room were great. Once we got into the room We were Not being informed by the concierge the status of the north building and mid tower elevator in repair was annoying because I had to go and down several times until I reached the south tower to use the pool or fitness room in swim shorts through the common lobby The toilet roll holder was broken or improperly installed in out suite. Also after 11pm both sinks could not get cold tap water . It was scalding hot tap water that would fixed at the hot temperature all night until morning. . The parking lot staff and the concierge had don’t properly communicate to each other . Where one attendant told me that the parking was charged to our room but the concierge told me that it was charged separately. "

"First, hotel was ok. We found a couple hairs in our bed, hairs on the bathroom floor and shower on our first day entering. However I don't expect perfection, but I just wanted to mention this. Room is dated and could use an renovation it appears. We had a few times when we used the hair dryer and it would cause the electrical system to jump, which required us to call staff to reset the system. This means the electrical system needs an upgrade from my point of view if it can't handle the amperage of a hairdryer. Pool was great and the kids loved it (there's a water slide @ the pool), but some nights were so busy as the pool isn't very large. Location however is very central to all kinds of food around the area, but being as it is central downtown location you'll get some homeless and people people high walking around the streets, but I didn't feel unsafe personally."

"Breakfast ,juices were not included ,wereas ,other hotels juices are included,staff in the Breakfast was very rude lady ,she has to be trained how to speak with guests Moreover unnecessarily she was telling me that i cant drink twice the coffeee,there will be extra charge, wirhout knowing that i do not want to drink coffee twice ,it is irrelevant to mention Moreover in other hotels they never charge for coffee for breakfast "

"Building is at the end of its lifespan. It’s dated and all surfaces are scuffed or peeling. The location is very good though with the LTR right at the front of property. I stepped on carpet tacks on the threshold between the bathroom and entrance. Front desk offered to move me to room next door but it wasn’t as clean as the room I was staying in so I remained. Pool was closed. Wanted to use gym but staff cleaning on lower level didn’t seem to want me there. There was a pile of food waste and containers next to the water filling station / vending machine on my floor so I went to the lobby to get water. "
