"The instructions for the shuttle do. It include looking for a shuttle that says “Hyatt Place” on the marquee front. I spent 1.5 hours waiting for a shuttle and after several phone calls, was told that the shuttle I needed to look for was blue and said “Hyatt place in the marquee”! Plus the last phone call led to a shuttle tracker that should have been sent to me from the start. Second they put me in a room with broken AC. "While generally acceptable, this place looks like an older hotel that had a half hearted refresh in the last few years. Some attention to details like cleaning room pictures, fixing wobbly TP holder, and doing a deeper clean in corners and such would go a long way. Also, this place is on a busy road and near the airport. There are no alarms clocks in the room but you likely won’t need one with all the noise."

"It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk."

"Location is close to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Warm, saltwater pool is fabulous. Breakfast buffet has a nice variety and is clean and tasty. This was my 4th stay at La Quinta."
