"We were on the 3rd floor, which was very quiet. Our room was nice and comfortable. It's downtown so parking is a challenge. When choosing this hotel, I read that there was on site parking for $58 a night. I was fine with that but when we checked in, I was told that there was no in/out allowed. So, we paid $82 per night for valet parking. We checked in around 9pm. The lobby was fairly empty but there was a DJ playing very loud music. I had trouble hearing what the front desk clerk was saying to me, especially when explaining the parking situation. We would stay there again as the location was perfect for walking to the Harry Potter Store!"

"It was nice and clean. Everyone was helpful. There were several options for parking. We opted for parking at the satellite lot as there was a shuttle service between the lot and the hotel."

"Clean room just wish they had normal toilet paper. It was a beautiful room and hair products and handwash and creams were absolutely amazing. It was great to have all the restaurants and such right available and not have to leave the hotel. I definitely would stay there again and the rates for the room was very reasonable.Great stay!!!!"
