Hotel Omni di Great Lakes

"Fabulous hotel. We loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We did notice there were little things here and there in the room that showed it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Smudges on glass surfaces on the desk and other areas that showed they had not been wiped down in a while. A large noticeable spill stain on the the bureau that was there for our whole stay since check in, telling us it was probably there before and will be there after us. "Its a bit laid back. Professionalism is a bit lacking. Everything from the slow lifts to the front desk takes time. Keys may not work, key staff may be missing, wrong billing may occur - its part of the package! Hotel would be better served by the staff being more accomodating and helpful. Considering the price and the ownership, more is expected. Location is very very good. Overall, unlikely to stay again."
