"Clean room and friendly staff"

"The hotel has a good location to move to several places; however, I spent 4 days without them cleaning the room, I asked and they told me it was every third day, but I think they forgot. The breakfast is buffet and it's not very good. It is better to pay everything in cash since with a card they automatically charge you 18 or 20 percent of the tip."

"Large pieces of broken glass on the floor outside the closet. Room carpeting was noticeably unvacuumed with plastic tags on the floor from new clothing of previous inhabitant. The safe was also not working. Called the front desk, described my issues, requested another room. Desk manager came up, apologized, handed me a key for a room on a different floor. I showed him the glass he really didn’t care so much nor did anyone help us move to the other room. We made 2 trips, no big deal....
