"Vorweg muss man sagen: Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter. 20 Grad, Sturm und etwas Regen erwartet man einfach im Sommer nicht. Auf den Games Drives haben wir z.T. gefroren… Aber wir haben Löwen mit Jungen gesehenen, was absolut toll war, und ein Black Rhino, was wirklich sehr selten ist. Aber ansonsten muss ich sagen, dass wir doch von Timbavati Gebiet etwas enttäuscht waren. "We stayed at Simbavati Camp George. The staff at the lodge were fantastic. The guide Alex was very knowledge and entertaining. He made efforts to teach us about wildlife and birds. "We loved our 3 nights stay! The whole staff was very friendly and present when needed. We loved our drives with Sarah and Joseph, their knowledge, patience and enthusiasm made the drives extra special. They made great effort to see the animals we wanted to see on each drives. We saw the big 5 from really close, multiple times! We loved the terrace in our lodge facing the river, during breaks we would watch elephants, waterbuck and hippos cross the river. The food was diverse and very good....

"The place is lovely and me and my lady enjoyed it. The only issue I had was the bed, it was not that comfortable, same goes to the pillows, they where big. Oh and board needs some attention because when you walk inside the tent your partner got to wake up because they squicky. But nevertheless I enjoyed it, even proposed and she said yes"
