"I’m disappointed by how this situation was handled. Despite having a Do Not Disturb/privacy sign on my door, someone entered my room, moved my belongings, and opened the curtains. When I brought this concern to management, their response made it seem like they did not care or take the issue seriously. Privacy and guest safety should be a priority, and feeling dismissed only made the experience worse."

"The room is very clean. The staffs are courteous. The wifi is very good. Please do give clear instruction at check on a separate instruction slip on how to and which WIFI to use. "I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP.
