"The shower space didnt seem to drain properly and was creating gnats. The heater was terrifhing, especially for someone whp is not used to radiators. But otherwise overall experience tjere was excellent."

"It’s kinda old. The valet parking was bad. They working with a garage nearby and charges about 10$ more than the garage’s rate and no in and out privilege. The garage asked people to let them know 40 mins ahead of departure, and they are very slow on retrieving vehicles. There are many parking garages nearby many of them have a better price. The hair dryer is broken and stinky. Not the best they can do. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. People were very helpful and friendly. I stayed during the blizzard and when I went outside to clean the snow from my car, it was already cleaned! I know that’s not part of their service so it was nice to see that someone generous went above and beyond. "
