"We had such a great experience at the Kasa LoHi! It's easily walkable to Avanti F&B and other local dining/restaurant options including Happy Camper. The location is unbeatable. The communication & follow-up was excellent. The apartment has self check-in & the instructions were seamless. The room was spacious, clean & very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. As expected, parking was tight, but did not detract from the overall value & benefits offered. We would definitely stay again!...

"This was a really cute little property. The grounds were right up to the national forest, with a little coffee shop on property. The cabins are cute and well maintained, but walls are thin, so if you get roust neighbors, you can hear everything going on. And the highway is really close so it can get pretty noisy during the day (but you’re not there anyways, cause you’re out doing stuff). Close to Rush mountain adventure park, Mount Rushmore, Custer state park and more. Would stay here again."

One thing that was disappointing was that the “hot tub” was actually a shared community hot tub that was almost always occupied by other guests. The listing didn’t make it clear that it wasn’t private. We also ended up in a “cottage” that was actually on the second floor of a house, requiring stairs. "Room was extremely disgusting!!! Mold growing all over, could smell it the whole time we were in the room. You could see where they would try to paint over it on the popcorn ceiling. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so humidity bred mold growth. I became very ill from the smell and growth. Left a night early and they wouldn’t refund due to not giving a 24 hr notice even though it was due to their noxious issues. The sheets and everything reeked from the smell.
