"The hotel was good. Expedia is a hot mess. Use at your own risk. Expedia won’t answer a phone call and blames booking issues on the hotel. It seems impossible to get through Expedia phone tree, then when you finally get through they hang up. I won’t use them again. I switched to hotels.com but found out Expedia and hotels are connected. I’ll just contact the hotel directly in the future. Expedia sends you to a chat bot and it says to contact the hotel. The hotel was willing to adjust...

"We have stayed at the Ramada Plaza at least 6 times. It is clean, comfortable beds and affordable. It is an older hotel but nice. The breakfast was good. Parking convenient. "

We were concerned that. the bar outside the loft rooms would be a noise problem, but it's laid-back vibe kept it mellow and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
