"I asked for a first floor room when I made the reservation as my mom is in a wheelchair but when we got there, there were no rooms on the first floor available. We were placed on the second floor, which was fine until it wasn't. The next morning, the elevator was not working. We had to wait over an hour to have the maintenance guy manually "fix it" as the elevator company would be there anywhere between 8-12. We didn't have time to wait as my mom had an appointment in Cheyenne which is 3 1/2...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful . While the room was very clean and tidy the chairs need a deep cleaning to remove the oily residue on the arms from years of greasy hands ! A normal condition not to diminish the care the staff take generally but over time it does reflect on the overall look. I really like staying at the Lakeview , it's handy to everything . But like anything used by a lot of patrons it needs constant up keep."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times, often with our grandchildren. As usual, the hotel was clean, the front desk very helpful, our room was clean and spacious, the pool and waterslides fun for the kids, and the breakfast good with a variety of choices. We have never had a negative experience here. We fully recommend the hotel!"
