"The property was lovely, inspiring, accommodating, and upscale. It’s only about a 10 minute ride from the bustle of DT Victoria so being nestled in a quiet area as pretty lovely. David, a manager at the Rosewood, made out stay absolutely unforgettable. His knowledge of the property, history of the hotel and Victoria, and suggestions of things to do absolutely made our time at the Rosemead exception and unforgettable. He’s the true gem of the the property. Thank you for an amazing stay! "

"When we arrived at the hotel, the check-in experience at the reception was very pleasant, and the staff treated us very well. After that, we went to our room, which seemed clean at first. However, when my wife, my children, and I were getting ready to sleep, we opened the sofa bed and found that it looked like it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. It seemed like it had been used the night before and then folded back up without changing the bedding. The bed sheet was left the same...

"The room was incredibly beautiful and staff were wonderful. The little cafe was a bit overpriced. Almost $20 for a latte and a croissant but it was yummy. "
