"We stayed there prior to a cruise during Christmas. I can’t express enough how happy we were staying there. The entire staff treated us amazingly from the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff. It was a pleasure staying here. Our next trip to New Orleans will definitely be here. "

"i believe his name was josh or joshua he said he normally worked at the other hotel but he was thoughtful and truly kind. i loved the swimming pool. the room was clean and the bed amazing. i’ll be back "
