"Only restaurant in the hotel is Mortons steak house. They open when they want. No Mondays or Tuesdays. Close early. The hotel has no control. Shuttle driver Bob. Should not be allowed to speak to hotel guests. Arrogant and rude. Jimmy and Jim were excellent."

"Albany is our airport, and I will never choose another airport hotel for late arrival/early departure nights. So much better than what I have experienced at other airport hotels - friendly, helpful staff; clean grounds, room, and public spaces; comfortable bed, adequate lighting, and clean fridge and microwave; easy check in; LOTS of dining options nearby. Heads up though: no coffee maker in the room."

"The facility did not live up to my expectations for the Marriott. I had great difficulty getting in my room and needed to ask maintenance for help. I went to get out of the room and was unable to unlock the door. Had there been an emergency this could have been awful. The shower and a bathroom were fine. The room itself was fine just not up to the standard of other Marriotts."
