Titanic Hotel Liverpool
The Spa was not worth anything. Spa staff was rude. We had to book yet found the spa overcrowded, cold and nowhere to relax. The coldness was highlighted to staff who simply shrug, responding 'I dont know'. The mens changing room was a mess with dirty robes and towels shrewn across floor and bench. ...
