"Our room was clean and the hotel was great getting the shuttle to and from the hotel. They did not charge us an extra night of parking because getting late was out of our control. Very pleasant experience."

" No ding for a minor cleaning thing or the wrapped plastic water cups. Bed and room were very comfortable. Only 2 miles from MSP and free shuttle. Nice little bar, restaurant with limited menu. Nice coffee shop just across the street. "

"Room was clean employees were very kind, they cleaned daily and did a wonderful job. Easy access to Mall of America on 2nd floor inside walkway clean and warm (February here). Held our luggage after check out until we were ready to depart for our flight. They have a Tram in mall to take you to the airport. Have to walk outside about a minute to get into the tram. "
