"I was only there for a night but really enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was perfect and I was given complimentary water. "
"Loved the hotel and the fact that they had an attached bowling alley with excellent food was a bonus after we got back late at night from the Mall Of America. My biggest complaint was the bed. I slept on the side closest to the nightstand and the mattress was pretty broken down (I could feel the frame). Only other complaint was breakfast set up could have had a little better set up and wasn't a fan of the waffles plus they stuck to the waffle maker. I suggest adding a can of cooking spray...
"We enjoyed our brief stay! It was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We wanted to explore Mall of American and we didnt even have to go outside in order to get there. The staff was helpful in moving our bags and the shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient. We would definitely stay again. "
"Clean, very quiet, and you can control the temp which may seem like a small thing but it’s not always the case. Great little “grocery” store which was handy for us because we got in so late and the kids were hungry. "

"BEST STAFF IN MINNEAPOLIS!!
Our family loved staying at this hotel during our visit to Minneapolis. Awesome continental breakfast, generous checkout time (12pm), two indoor swimming pools and two hot tubs w/ towel service, and most importantly a safe walkway to Mall of America. Additionally, there is a TGI Friday’s and IHOP attached to the hotel."

"Front desk staff was super friendly when we checked in and gave us the easy shortcut to the Mall of America.
Facility was clean and well maintained. In the morning most staff encountered gave us a "good morning". Several people were out cleaning halls and public areas.
Only draw back was the complimentary breakfast, just seemed kind of bland, but still ok."

"The check in person at that night was not accommodating and was not friendly. I asked a question and replied, how could I know that. And told us that there was charge for parking like we already know it for a first time visitors in MOA"
"This was just an over night trip. Parking was easy but it is pay to park. 10 dollars for 24 hours. IKEA, Mall of America and the airport are super close. Bed was great, noise from the AC not so much. Toilet was too high. I am 5.6 and I had to use the balls of my feet while sitting on it. Love the sink out side the toilet shower area. Nice sink, fridge area in the other part of the room too. Large TV and decent pull out couch. The room was very clean and our room had a nice view. The breakfast...
"I would definitely stay here again! The staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent with many different options. Hotel is new and very clean. I love how safe it is. After 9 pm, guests have to use their key to get into the front door of hotel, an added security I can appreciate. I had an issue with my room and housekeeping came immediately to resolve the issue.
