"Overall our stay was great at Ocean Coral Springs. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the dining situation. All the restaurants are only open a few hours, which to me doesn’t make sense for being an all inclusive resort. We got back to our resort around 4:30pm after being in an excursion all day and there was no where open to get food. It was super frustrating. The food was also okay, not super overwhelming"

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort

"The resort property was beautiful and the staff were all great. We enjoyed the nighttime entertainment. The resort was not crowded so there was no issues with dining at the restaurants, however they did rotate which ones were open each night as a result. The only issue was at breakfast in the main buffet. They started packing up the food items 30 minutes before it closed which gave us very limited options to eat. The hotel is older and due to plumbing infrastructure, they do not want you to flush any toilet paper to avoid clogging. We did not have any plumbing issues but they provided a separate garbage pail toilet tissue which is gross to us. Other than that we had a great time."

"What I liked- Property & services were top notch. Staff was very friendly. Place was neat & inviting. What I did not like- The traveler’s club was a waste of precious time. While the program may make sense to some it did not for me. They need to work on strategies to make the program more transparent. It looked fishy all along. To sum it up, when we raised concern about time wasted & asked how much the program would cost, we were given the highest quote by the so called Manager only to discover later from another guest that there were various levels. Juan was very helpful with daily updates & dinner reservations."

"Well FIRST CHECK IN WAS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD…STAFF WAS NOT READY FOR AMOUNT OF PPL. CHECKING IN ON MAY 27 …..HAD TO REPEATILY ASK BOUT ROOM WHICH WAS CHANGE TO ACCOMMODATE MY WAIT TIME……OTHER THAN THAT ITS A NICE HOTEL….POOL CLOSES A LIL REALY ..6PM….WHY…REALLY DONT CARE 4 2 TWIN BEDS PULL TOGETHER.REATHER A KING BED……"

"The hotel has a beautiful campus, great pools and beautiful rooms in separate buildings that make you feel like you have a space all to your own. We loved the room, it was super spacious and tidy. The pool and bathrooms were great. We didn't spend as much time at the beach as were were driving out to special ones, but it was lovely to walk on the sand at night after dinners. We tried a few of the restaurants during our trip with top marks to Nectar, the only Puerto Rican one, which was delicious! Food and drink is readily available and the pool bars are a treat. Depending on budget you may want to partake or not, we were somewhere in the middle but had no problem keeping our own drinks and snacks that we got from the local grocery store around the corner from the hotel."
