"I visited Puerto Rico quite often. This is the first time I had to stay in a resort type of hotel. Overall, I enjoyed everything it was clean. The staff were great. There were no complaints other than having more authentic Puerto Rican restaurants or menu options. I only ate lunch and dinner at Nectar because it was the only one that offered some Puerto Rican dishes as menu options. I will definitely come back!!"

"Es mi cuarta vez en punta cana y de de los hoteles que he visitado este sin duda ha sido el mejor en limpieza del hotel habitaciones y áreas comunes, pero lo que le da el plus total son sus trabajadores principalmente los del área del bufet en especial Domingo y Genaro estos chicos son excelentes gracias por hacer nuestro viaje algo familiar se siente como en casa en fin para mí toda persona que quiera experimentar un ambiente familiar debe visitar Serenade Punta Cana Spat and resort 100% recommend gracias"

"Beautiful hotel! We enjoyed our stay. Traveled with a 4 yo daughter. She absolutely loved it. Food was delicious. Property well maintained. The only thing is that the beach has some broken glass on (which has nothing to do with the hotel because beaches are public). Highly recommend taking water shoes"
