"Staff members were very nice and polite. Pools were wonderful. Entertainment was amazing. A few negatives that everyone should be aware…..rooms smelled of mildew. We had to run the exhaust fan continuously. After second day, we requested to move rooms, mildew smell was still there. Moisture stayed on the bed linens. Neither room had hot water in the shower. Balcony door would not lock.
The first day we were instructed to make dinner reservations with the lady representative in the lobby, not one reservation was correct. First night, the restaurant had no reservation. Second night, wrong time. Third night, no reservation. She was a waste of time. I don’t know what she was doing. We made and confirmed all reservations on the app after that. Reservations made for spa, rep made the reservation for us, again wrong time. Beach was clean and gorgeous at the resort but to go into the water beware of a lot of seaweed. Do not purchase any items from all the people selling items at the beach. We had to get mean and aggressive to send them away. ALL these issues were addressed at the resort and none resolved."
